+ How do I know which service to choose?

Nutrition coaching is my top-tier service. Nutrition Counseling are for individuals who don't feel like they need the accountability, but just want some insight every now and then. One-time Consults are for those who feel comfortable navigating their nutrition, but feel like some professional advice would be beneficial. If you are still unsure, please shoot me an email and tell me more about yourself and your goals!

+ How much are your services?

Being able to work with a Dietitian and improve your health through nutrition is definitely an investment⎯ there is no shying away from this! Each service I offer is a different price. I make sure I can accomodate the best to potential clients so please don't be shy to fill me in on your current situation. As a side note, I also offer installment payment plans! Please don't be shy and contact me about pricing!

+ How exactly does this all work?

Regardless of which service you choose, I have you complete some homework before we get some face to face. You'll fill out some pre-consult forms so I can get to know you. You'll complete a 3-day food recall and answer some general questions regarding your relationship with food. We'll schedule our initial nutrition assessment in which we'll take a deeper dive into the nitty gritty. The next steps are determined depending on the service you choose.

+ Do you work with clients that have pre-existing conditions?

This is where Registered Dietitians shine! Registered Dietitians are educated and experienced to work with individuals that may have pre-existing health conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and Gastrointestinal diseases. Depending on how severe your case is, I am confident I'll be able to provide you the most sound nutrition advice. If not, I have tons of colleagues in the field that I'd love to refer you out to.

+ I am not Vegan. Will you be able to work with me?

Of course! My specialities include helping plant-based eaters (as I am one myself), but as a practitioner, my opinions are my own. I make recommendations based on sound, unbiased nutrition advice and what works best for you and your lifestyle.

+ How will we communicate?

All my clients will have access to a secure HIPPA-compliant telehealth portal that can be accessed through your computer, or on your phone as an app! This is where we'll do the gist of our communicating. The app has call/video capabilities, food and mood logging features, and a 24/7 chatbox.
